Your RHF Personal trainer is available 7 days a week, by prior appointment.  We can plan your schedule in advance around the times that suit you.

All PT sessions are tailor-made and a program will be drawn up around your individual goals and needs.

We recommend a minimum of 2 sessions per week to get results, however 3 per week is optimal and how often you train with the PT directly correlates with how quickly you reach your goals.

RHF trainers are results-based.  Our motto is “IF YOU FAIL, WE FAIL.” We do monthly fitness tests, measurements, skinfolds and strength testing with all our PT clients.
