We will support you through your program, setting both short and long-term goals through ongoing fitness testing and measurements.

I have always had a passion for sports and was very active growing up. But as often happens in life, those activities became less of a priority as comfort and bad habits set in. It was easy to make excuses for myself. Easy to avoid addressing the problem of an expanding waistline and shrinking self-esteem. It took a life changing event to realise I was unhappy with myself and my body.
Having gone through my own significant weight-loss journey, dropping 22kgs and 20% body fat, by overhauling my nutrition and following the best training systems. I know exactly what it takes to build the body you always dreamed of. In the process I found my life’s passion in fitness and have since aided hundreds of people to enrich and enhance their lifestyles Seeing my clients transform themselves physically and mentally, is one of the most rewarding things in life!
